- We ask that you treat us with respect by not cancelling your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice. This may enable another patient to take advantage of a short-notice appointment in an emergency
- We may have to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your treatment cost for cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or the full cost following failure to arrive if your appointment is not filled
