Sit up straight on a chair, interlink your fingers and place them on the back of your head. Push your head back into your hands, until you can feel the muscles contract in the back of your neck. Hold this position for 5 seconds.
Relax your neck, bring your elbows together and gently lean forward. Do not pull on your neck. You should feel a nice, gentle stretch along the back of your neck and upper back. Hold this position for 20 seconds.
